SHIPPING POLICY

At Bloomenary, we are dedicated to providing a seamless delivery experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer local delivery to the following areas:

  • Sarasota
  • Bradenton
  • Osprey
  • Venice
  • North Port

2. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on the recipient’s location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery fees may increase during peak holidays or for express services.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Standard deliveries are made Monday through Sunday.
  • Same-day delivery is available for Bloomenary Express items if orders are placed before 4:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. Same-day deliveries are typically completed after 8:00 PM.

4. Delivery Times
While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, you can include your preferred time frame in the special instructions box during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Recipient Availability

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you for further instructions.
  • If no instructions are provided, we may leave the flowers in a safe and shaded location (e.g., front porch or with a neighbor).

6. Advance Orders
We recommend placing your order 3–5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially for customized floral arrangements or large event orders.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check all delivery details before placing your order. Bloomenary is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

8. Holidays and Peak Times
Delivery availability may be limited or adjusted during peak holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day). Orders placed during these times are subject to increased delivery fees and extended timeframes.

9. Pickup Option
At this time, Bloomenary operates as an online floral studio, and we do not offer a pickup option. However, we are actively working toward opening a physical location to better serve you, including the ability to offer in-person pickups. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting development!
