Bloomenary Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales made through Bloomenary are final.
We provide services using perishable items that are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. The only exception is if a product is defective. Any claims regarding defective products must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the arrangement and send it to info@bloomenary.com.
Flowers are perishable and require proper care. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions provided by Bloomenary to ensure the longevity of their arrangement.
While we strive to use the exact flowers shown on our website, certain blooms may be unavailable due to seasonal or supply variations. In such cases, we reserve the right to make substitutions without compromising the overall look or value of the arrangement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bloomenary is located in Sarasota, FL, and operates as an online, home-based floral studio. We offer local flower delivery in Sarasota, Bradenton, Osprey, Venice and North Port for an additional delivery fee.
Advance Orders
We encourage customers to place orders 3–5 days in advance to ensure availability and quality.
Delivery Fees & Holidays
Delivery fees may increase during peak holidays. Please review updated fees at checkout.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for Bloomenary Express items if orders are placed before 4:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone. Deliveries occur Monday through Sunday after 4:00 PM.
Specific Delivery Times
While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, you may include a preferred time frame in the special instructions box during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If No One Is Home
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will:
- Attempt to contact you for further instructions.
- Leave the delivery in a safe location, such as a shaded porch or with a neighbor, as a last resort.
Please include any specific delivery instructions during checkout to avoid delays.
Recipient Contact
We may contact the recipient to confirm the delivery address or ensure someone is available to accept the flowers unless instructed otherwise in your order.
Canceling or Changing an Order
- Orders must be canceled in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
- Same-day orders are processed immediately and typically cannot be changed.
- Once orders have been dispatched for delivery, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

No Refunds
All orders are final. Bloomenary does not provide refunds, except in cases where the product is damaged upon delivery or the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed.
